Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top-performing real estate agents and employees-Staffing and training the department effectively to fill and filter the candidate pipeline-Actively participating in the recruiting and hiring of candidates to obtain personal hiring goals as set by the Senior leadership team-Collaborating with team leaders and department heads to identify hiring needs and establish clear job requirements and qualifications-Utilizing various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, career fairs and referrals, to source and attract qualified candidates-Ensuring compliance of the Recruit Select hiring disciplines to conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for success-Managing the entire hiring process across all departments, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely completion of all necessary paperwork-Maintaining effective applicant tracking systems and databases to streamline recruitment processes and ensure accurate record-keeping-Collaborating with company members to develop and update job descriptions, interview guides, and evaluation criteria to ensure consistency in the hiring process-Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
