Hired to develop, implement and document a third-party vendor management program within the Enterprise ITS Division, supporting the technical integration for the Alaska Airlines’ merger with Hawaiian Airlines. •Conducted an assessment of the existing decentralized process and implemented scalable improvements that incorporated the full contractor lifecycle including interviewing, hiring, provisioning, orientation, and off boarding. •Complied resource funding requests and justifications from leaders for submission to the executive funding office for review and approval.•Created headcount tracking system, utilizing position data with corresponding budget based on position duration and project milestones. •Successfully launched the program and was tasked with implementing the same process for the Executive PMO department. •Manage, coach and advise support team on day-to-day issues pertaining to conflicts with scheduling, candidate and vendor situations work to find solutions that meet all needs.
