ATLIS aims to empower independent schools in the realm of technology leadership. As President and CEO, I report directly to ATLIS\'s board of directors and am responsible for overseeing operations and financial management of our quickly growing, national organization. Key accomplishments:* In five years, increased membership 88%, annual conference registrations by 77%, and overall revenue by 93%.* Operational and financial best practices implemented across the organization. Moved to a four-day work week, unlimited PTO, and a highly results-focused operational strategy, resulting in 100% employee retention to date.* Guided a multi-year strategic planning and governance revision process to help move the organization from a founder-led, operational focus to a more strategic governance.* Researched, obtained funding, and launched a new certification program (the Technology Leaders in Independent Schools certification) to advance professionals in the industry and address a significant hiring challenge for school leaders.* Fostered and formalized several key partnerships with national associations serving other segments of the independent school community.* Supporting the organization’s philosophy to “consistently demonstrate its commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive association across all dimensions of its practice,” launched ATLIS’s DEI Advisory Committee, guidelines for the hotels and venues at which we host events, the DEI Framework for Technology Leaders resource for the industry, and achieved GuideStar Platinum Transparency recognition.* Co-host of Talking Technology with ATLIS podcast* Nationally recognized speaker on prevalent industry issues.* Recognized in 2022 as a Top Association Leader of the Year by DCA Live for successfully guiding the organization through the pandemic.* Recognized with ASAE\'s Gold Circle Award for best print magazine for disciplined, strategic redesign of publication to focus on broader industry outreach.
