Under the leadership of the Foundation Board of Directors, I direct and manage all aspects of the Foundation, including administration, fundraising, major and planned giving, donor stewardship, board development, and more. With an embedded equity, diversity, and inclusion lens, I help develop and foster philanthropic relationships with donors, organizations, businesses, Friends of the Library groups, library staff, and the community-at-large.Between 2022-24, I led the restructuring and rebuilding of the Foundation, including improving the infrastructure, expanding the Board, and implementing a series of new processes and tools to set the Foundation for future growth and success. Implemented a series of strategies resulting in the Foundation\'s most successful fundraising year to date, with $2.5+ million raised.
