I have always had a passion for helping people and I thrive on being the go-to person within any organization. I have been a key provider of operational efficiency that promotes productivity and allows others to focus on their work. I am the one who has enthusiastically provided company culture and operational support in all aspects of people operations.(Employee appreciation, new-hire onboarding, events, cultural development initiatives, etc) I am a creative problem solver who has triaged requests, complaints, projects, and tasks with detailed solutions and accuracy. If you can think of an administrative responsibility, I have probably had experience in it. From meeting arrangements, IT coordination, and out of the ordinary tasks,(say scrubbing carpets because a client was coming in last minute, and there wasn’t enough notice for a carpet cleaner) I have been the Jack of all trades employee that executives, in-person, and remote employees have counted on to provide ease to their work day. In the off chance I do not have the experience required to complete a job, I make a point to ask insightful questions, learn it quickly, and absorb the knowledge for future application. Regardless of any role I am in, I will always take the day head on with enthusiasm, be the one who has no problem rolling up her sleeves, and asking others, “what can I do to help?” What I do best-Provide and enhance operational efficiency -Provide detailed, clear communication -Give over 110% in anything given task -Enthusiastically lead company morale and culture -Elevate any meeting, gathering, or event with exquisite details and thoughtful intentions
