Take an active role in the brainstorming process and creative workflow of each project by thoroughly researching the client, the products/services they offer, and their competition• Use design expertise and experience to provide clients recommendations on art direction and the best visual communication strategies to implement for their projects• Manage a team of graphic designers and various suppliers to execute a design project from A-Z• Ensure the quality control of each deliverable and service offered by the team• Have deep and meaningful conversations with clients in between all these tasks because we don’t just offer design services, we build long-lasting relationships with our clients. It also gives us a reason to discover the best coffee shops in Montreal (the list is endless!)
