Professional legal expertise related to executive and congressional initiatives directing innovative approaches for developing and licensing advanced reactors, SMRs (including microreactors), and HALEU and TRISO fuel.Managed export control compliance and negotiated complex government and commercial agreements tied to nuclear projects and advanced technologies. My work involves building practical processes, drafting agreements, and advising leadership on regulatory risks in ways that support execution, innovation, and long-term success.Advise program offices and leadership on licensing strategy, rulemaking, and stakeholder engagement across technical, legal, and policy domains.Work closely with DOE offices, federal agencies, and industry partners to support safe and reliable energy deployment and public health and safety goals.
