I produce Diversity, Equity and Inclusion communications for Google\'s global workforce. I ensure Googlers and the public see themselves in the diversity and equity communications we share with the company and the world. I drive Google\'s diversity and equity communications strategy with a focus on underrepresented communities across the company and drive proactive communications in support of various heritage months and key cultural moments. I give strategic guidance to address specific community challenges, both within their communities and to Googlers worldwide.
