In this role, I lead by example to ensure a safe and positive aquatic environment, monitoring swimmer safety, maintaining proper pool chemical levels, and responding to emergencies. As a coach and instructor, I use strong communication skills to teach and motivate individuals of all ages, helping them build swimming skills and confidence. Across all responsibilities, I work closely with a team to deliver excellent service and create an encouraging, community-centered atmosphere.
