I’m a UI/UX Designer with experience working in the IT industry. I’m skilled at empathizing with people and creating user-centric design solutions. I’ve worked on a variety of apps as the liaison between the client and development team. I’m passionate about designing for users, and my background as a Senior Business Analyst helps me to curate the perfect blend to ensure the designs meets the clients’ needs.    Conducted user interviews with key stakeholders to identify current processes and improvement areas to document an operational playbook, including training guides. Refactored a legacy financial application to Power Platform technologies to enhance performance and user experience. Prototyped and collaborated on a GenAI solution for Power BI dashboard. The AI Assistant empowers end-users on how to navigate through a complex dashboard and output responses based on natural language queries. The solution was replicated to another dashboard and won the MSFT AI Design award. Created training guides, user guides, and support documentation for business stakeholders and app end users. Supported the UAT phase by creating test scenarios through MSFT Form, scheduled a kickoff, and collaborated with end users on remediating findings.
