I graduated from New York University in 2008 with a B.A. in English & American Literature. After graduating, I temped for a few years, eventually moving into a full-time position at ServiceSource, now Concentrix. Over the past thirteen years, I have advanced throughout the company from temporary contractor to my current position, BI Manager.
