    I oversee the Adult Survivor Program, supporting adult survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking through comprehensive care coordination, restorative housing, and individualized case management. This work includes leading Courage House, our restorative residential program, while also meeting survivors where they are across the country by connecting them to critical resources and ongoing support. Grounded in a holistic, restorative care approach, we focus on removing barriers, building resilience, and fostering long-term stability, independence, and healing. Our mission is clear: forging healing pathways for survivors of child sexual abuse and exploitation. This work takes shape through the following key areas of responsibility- Lead restorative programs, policies, and procedures for human trafficking survivors- Collaborate directly with law enforcement, FBI, Homeland Security, and U.S. Marshals- Design and implement strategies that reduce re-victimization and improve outcomes- Develop and oversee participant assessments to inform individualized care - Supervise program staff, daily operations, and program implementation- Oversee care coordination, life-skills groups, and individualized treatment planning- Support survivors in setting goals, navigating next steps, and long-term stability- Advocate for and mentor survivors using a strengths-based approach- Build and maintain community partnerships to expand access to critical resources
