I believe meaningful partnerships start with listening, transparency, and genuine collaboration. As Senior Regional Sales Manager for West Bend Insurance Company, The Silver Lining, I work with independent agencies across Michigan to align strategy, strengthen relationships, and create opportunities that bring real value to our customers and communities.Much of my work centers on pivoting in a changing marketplace, helping agencies adapt to evolving customer needs, shifting appetites, and competitive pressures while staying grounded in what truly sets us apart: trust, integrity, and responsiveness. I love connecting data and story, goals and growth, people and purpose, turning insights into practical action that drives long-term success.At West Bend, The Silver Lining is not just a name, it is a mindset. Whether supporting local nonprofits through our Spirit of the Silver Lining grants or partnering with agencies to serve clients better, our focus always comes back to helping people find stability and confidence when it matters most.Outside of work, I find perspective behind a camera and purpose in volunteer advocacy. As an advocate and ally, I’m committed to practicing allyship showing up with empathy, using my voice for others, and helping create spaces where people feel seen and supported. As a breast cancer survivor, I carry a renewed sense of gratitude and perspective that shapes how I lead, connect, and live each day with intention.
