Care-at-home executive and partnership leader with 25+ years of experience driving enterprise growth through strategic planning, enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and professional services. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Professional Services Partnerships, I lead high-impact partner strategies that exceed performance targets by aligning executive stakeholders, applying data-driven insights, and translating vision into scalable execution. I bring strong executive presence and people-first leadership to improve outcomes, streamline operations, ensure compliance, reduce cost, and accelerate sustainable growth.My background spans corporate, field, and executive leadership roles in home health and hospice, with deep expertise in strategic planning, market analytics, reimbursement, quality, compliance, and project management. I have led enterprise growth initiatives, multi-state CON processes, and the development of data-driven marketing and performance platforms that improve outcomes and operational performance. I am known for developing talent, empowering teams, and translating strategy into sustainable results. I currently serve on the National Alliance Education Committee and previously served on the NAHC Palliative Care Council. I hold a BBA in Marketing from the University of Toledo and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
