About Christina Farley

As a seasoned healthcare leader with over 28 years of operations and M&A integration experience, I have successfully integrated multiple anesthesia practices across the country. My mission is to navigate change and drive growth in rapidly evolving organizations, leveraging my analytical approach, my confidence in challenging environments, and my private equity experience. Most recently, I served as the Chief Integration Officer at Novus Anesthesia Partners, LLC, where I was the anesthesia operations subject matter expert for a national anesthesia managed services organization, as well spearheaded integration of facilities into our parent company, Prior to that, I was the Vice President of Integration at PhyMed Healthcare Group, where I ran due diligence and integration of seven acquisitions and several organic partnerships in seven states. I am passionate about producing accretive results and adding value to the organization, by overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of M&A integration. I have a MBA from West Virginia University and a Bachelors in Healthcare Management with a Minor in Finance from Marshall University.
