Christina is a Director at PwC with over 13 years of experience providing assurance and advisory services to both emerging growth companies as well as multinational companies within the technology, media & entertainment, and e-commerce industries. Christina has worked with companies of varying size and age, including small equity-backed companies going public, mid-cap public companies, and Fortune 500 companies. Christina brings experience in accounting, auditing, and business advisory to public and private clients, leveraging her broad experiences in both the audit and advisory practice amongst multiple industries to add value and insight into client interactions. Christina has experience in revenue recognition, SEC reporting matters, mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, IPOs, and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements. Through her experiences Christina has developed a strong global network with a focus on delivering quality through collaboration. She has demonstrated change agility by undertaking new challenges and consistently executing on these in an efficient and effective manner. Christina spent two years in PwC’s National Office. In this role, she focused on advising engagement teams across PwC on a variety of accounting and audit quality matters as well as complex business transactions, including IPO’s. Christina is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York and a member of the AICPA. Christina holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Albany.
