Ms. Wendrychowicz is currently an Assistant Vice President at the Brandywine Group of Insurance and Reinsurance Holdings in Philadelphia, PA. She is primarily responsible for managing and handling a diverse and complex book of high exposure long-tail claims. Ms. Wendrychowicz was previously an attorney at McGivney & Kluger, P.C. and Tierney Law Offices in their Philadelphia offices. She is admitted to practice law in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the bar of the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While attending law school, Ms. Wendrychowicz was elected by the Torts and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) of the American Bar Association to be the student chair for the Trial Techniques Section of TIPS. She was later elected the student liaison for the Products Liability Section of the ABA.Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Wendrychowicz served as a paralegal working in the areas of intellectual property, real estate, environmental law, insurance defense, and mass tort litigation. Ms. Wendrychowicz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Gwynedd-Mercy College in 2001, graduating cum laude with departmental honors and completed her J.D. at the Widener University School of Law in 2007.Ms. Wendrychowicz also holds ARM, AIC, AIS, and AINS certifications as well as licensure in multiple jurisdictions as a multi-lines insurance adjuster.
