This long-term consultancy focuses on helping governments, civil society, and youth organizations design and implement evidence-based SBC strategies that improve sexual and reproductive health outcomes and advance gender equality. The work is part of a regional initiative to strengthen Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) capacity among implementing partners under UNFPA’s Build Back Equal (BBE) and Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (APP) projects. Key responsibilities include:• Conducting SBC capacity needs assessments using the OCA-SBC toolkit.• Facilitating in-person and virtual SBC training workshops across six Caribbean countries.• Co-creating locally tailored training and communication materials with national partners.• Providing ongoing mentorship, virtual support, and establishing a regional SBC Community of Practice.• Supporting the development of culturally relevant communications resources and documenting progress and outcomes.
