Collaborating with government leaders, academic experts, and data scientists to improve public policy outcomes through data and evidence. Focus on early childhood development, criminal and juvenile justice system reform, and public health/healthcare. Early childhood is particular area of interest and expertise, as I previously worked on improving the quality of early education through local/state policy and other strategic initiatives. Past experience as strategy and management consultant focused on cross-sector, results-oriented approaches that break cycles of inter-generational poverty. I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, ranging from evidence-based social service providers seeking to scale; large foundations devising \"big bet\" strategies; multinational global development NGOs developing measurement systems; and early-stage philanthropists developing a vision and grant-making approach for social change. Extensive experience in complex project management, synthesizing/analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to facilitate decision making, and creating and executing multi-year strategic plans.
