Sustainability Strategy Development & Execution: Create and lead a data-driven division-wide strategy in support of 5 and 10-year corporate targets for reducing Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions, water usage and waste, ensuring alignment with corporate and strategic planning.• Environmental Footprint Reduction: Collaborate with Facilities and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams across 18 campuses in 8 states to measure the environmental footprint of manufacturing, administrative, integration & test (I&T) and warehouse facilities, perform carbon accounting, analyze data to identify key usage drivers and plan/execute cost-saving & resource efficiency projects resulting in $177K in operational savings in FY25.• Data Management & Reporting: Manage the end-to-end process of collecting, validating, aggregating, and reporting on sustainability data (GHG, water, waste, etc.), including QA/QC, issue resolution, forecasting, setting annual targets, briefing executive leadership and preparing all required internal reports. • Project Management: Oversee the operational aspects of ongoing sustainability and efficiency projects, manage project budgets and timelines, mitigate risks and serve as the liaison between the project team and capital planning.• Stakeholder Engagement & Communications: Act as the focal point for sustainability communication between the corporate office, sector leads, facility teams and the general employee population, communicating corporate sustainability goals & impact to increase employee awareness and involvement and engaging cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment and drive strategic execution.
