Assisted in the management all elements of the global enterprise risk management program for one of the largest security firms globally with over security professionals, clients and a total cost of risk (TCOR) in excess of $180m annually - Participate in insurance renewal process - Maintain and implement all workers compensation policies and procedures nationwide by conducting monthly trainings to all employees and executives on the workers compensation process and procedures - Manage third party administrator adjustors in all claim aspects including investigations, reserving, plan of actions and litigation to resolve claims in a timely manner - Direct litigation strategy with counsel to determine most cost-effective resolution - Lead quarterly claim reviews with goal of reducing claim expense - Create, maintain and update workers compensation documents on company website (panel postings, declination of medical treatment, health access card, return to work documents)
