Lead team of Supply Chain professionals in the successful management of D&Z’s Corporate procurement activity, as well as responsibility for the Yoh Business Unit procurement activity- Responsible for over $170M in supplier spend (2015 stat)- Current cost reduction activity:$5.0M YTD 2016 through leveraging our vendors- Company-wide programs that are managed by my team: Supplier Diversity program (2016 recipient of the Women’s Business Enterprise Council’s Corporation of the Year award). Procurement Card (p-card) program (compliance levels exceeding 99%). Travel Program (compliance up 11% since 2015;~$20M in airlines spend). SAP Super User/support to all Business Units. Corporate Agreements utilized company-wide (e,g, office supplies, IT hardware)- Management of total company real estate activity: currently 45 leased sites and 3 owned properties – responsibility for over 696K of leased space- Team lead of 3 IT projects: Optimization of SAP Material Groups, Development of SAP Supplier Catalogs, Automation of P-Card Reconciliation- Wrote new company Supplier Code of Conduct.
