I have had the fortunate experience of being involved in varied industries over the past 25+ years of my life and began my leadership journey in 1994. I am grateful that this came quite naturally for me. I believe I have a good balance of technical ability and understanding along with the leadership and teambuilding skills that companies and individuals have appreciated. I also have had the great fortune of traveling personally and professionally nationally and internationally which has added to my overall view of how people at the core want the same things no matter where they call home.
