As Event Manager I am responsible for the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of Halcyon events from start to finish. I oversee the development of the event from initial strategy to logistics, budget, vendor management, onsite management and event lead and attendee satisfaction. I also oversee event department operations and manage a staff member and full time intern.In my time at Halcyon I have revamped and redesigned the internal and external event intake process, streamlined documentation signing procedures, created new trackers for event progress and contracts, helped introduce a new event registration system option, and onboarded two staff members.
