   Manage 3 technicians, 1 engineer, and grew relationship with external vendors to align with Business Strategy • Introduced MES system into production floor, eliminating paper processes and data collection into MES system, reducing technician downtime and improving quality feedback time to operators and engineering. • Increase production from 20 Thrusters a month to 130/Month over 4 months while monitoring and reviewing quality metrics to enact corrective actions within the organization • Increased critical process from <80% yield of 93% by developing new tooling and processes with 6sigma methodology • Mange and developed the build schedule for a two year production plan, coordinating communication between in house technical leads and external supply chain partners, monitoring critical key milestones and developing reporting structures to communicate status • Setting up an Audit ready organization system with visuals and coordinating MES data
