I’m a diligent and collaborative Business Operations Leader offering a comprehensive background in leading process implementations and project plans while leading teams to maximize organizational performance and growth. In my current recent role as an Operations Supervisor at KForce Professional Staffing, I coordinate teams’ activities and oversee administrative operations to successfully support projects focused on connecting talent with clients. During my tenure, I modernized training procedures to successfully accelerate Operations Coordinators’ professional development and access to training materials.
