ABOUT CHRISTINA NIGRELLI
Non-profit Director and Early Childhood Thought Leader with 30 + years of transformative educational leadership experience. Currently serving as the face of ZERO TO THREE California and spearheading the customization of national programs for the State of California, impacting learning systems, supporting parents and training leaders. As Senior Director of Programs for the ZERO TO THREE California Office, I am is responsible for oversight of Programs—including staff oversight and programming and ensure coordination and alignment of ZTT national programming with our work throughout the state.Prior to joining ZTT, I worked in Higher Education as Early Childhood Education Faculty at California State University, Long Beach and Saddleback College, Mission Viejo, CA. As faculty of higher education, I worked collaboratively with early childhood programs providing professional development training as well as mentoring and coaching of early childhood professionals. I have over twenty years of experience in Early Childhood beginning my career as an Infant and Toddler Specialist for a privately funded child care program. I have extensive experience in local and statewide early childhood workforce development.
