   Create, implement, and execute community projects, partnerships, and initiative, including 2019 Puzzle Piece Playhouse (the first of its kind, sensory safe suite for children on the Autism spectrum)-Spearhead the Cyclone’s “Brooklyn Baseball Experience,” “Winning Women,” “Charity Partner,” “The Flock Kids Club,” “Help the Hungry Campaign,” and “Cyclones for a Day” programs; manage and oversee existing “Diamond Dreams School Tours,” “Education Through Baseball Day,” “Diamond Artists,” “Breakfast with Santa,” and “Kids Camp” -Produce and direct the “Brooklyn Baseball Experience”—a program where “we bring the ballpark to you” for underserved communities, children’s hospitals, senior centers, and shelters -Oversee all day-to-day creative operations of the Brooklyn Cyclones Surf Squad Dance Team, Pee Wee’s Dance Crew, and Mascots, including music, sponsorship, uniforms/costumes, choreography, scheduling rehearsals, maintaining schedules, tracking/inputting/approving team work hours in ADP, coordinating appearances, and partnering with Graphics team to produce overall branding for each team -Manage a team of 13 Surf Squad Dance Team members, 40 Pee Wee’s Dance Crew members (ages 8-12), two Mascots, and five interns, including all Game Day operations schedules -Served as spokesperson for the brand on major TV Networks, including NBC Morning News and PIX11 Morning News -Direct and produce annual dance clinic (50-100 participants per year)-Liaison to the NY Mets to coordinate and schedule Mascot events
