About Christina McCormick
Being from a Human Resources background, building successful teams is always the first priority when I join any team. You cannot build a house on a cracked foundation. Once the foundation is established, the remaining pieces can begin falling into place. Developing partnerships with like-minded individuals in the industry is imperative to gaining the business sense in any area, therefore getting into the market is my next and most important step of building the business. I have been successful at continuous growth in each avenue that I have pursued, whether it has been in business or personal endeavors. Making sure to stay informed, expanding my portfolio by providing accountable customer service and ensuring that all staff are fully trained and cross trained to prevent service gaps enable the cogs of the wheels to remain oiled at all times.
