Driving the production of the migration strategy to address a Consumer base of ~9.5m, this informed the supplier RFP and subsequent execution of the migration business process.• Championing first Business and then Marketing function needs into the Transformation programme ensuring the outcomes fulfilled local benefits and 3-year Consumer strategy.• Created and executed an E2E Product Design Approach to ensure that business processes across 360 properly supported O2s products and propositions, identifying the capabilities required for the solution, • Developed Business Readiness Strategy and Plans across all business functions to lead readiness from an implementation and people perspective. Setting up the appropriate Governance across the programme.• Defined and deployed Acceptance Criteria Framework of 59 business measures through cross-functional engagement with a key focus on customer experience and business milestones, owning the governance, setting the Milestones for Migrations, and providing data points and risk profiles.• Providing transformation programme sponsors KPI’s and delivery metrics to inform decision making on deploying capabilities and operational readiness. • Developing tools and Dashboards to provide a framework and process to guide the new program and provide Exec oversight and control, ensuring timely and accurate data feeds to guide decision points to include, KPI dashboard, CEX Dashboard and Migrations checklists.
