I joined Emtec in May 2023, and it’s honestly been the most rewarding chapter of my career so far. As Talent Acquisition Partner, I support our teams across Energy, Building Services, Fire & Security, Utilities, Facilities Services and Off-Site Manufacturing and more, helping bring brilliant people into a business that genuinely cares about its culture and its people.Recruitment has always been about connection for me. I love getting to know people, understanding their goals, and seeing them grow once they join us. Being part of someone’s career story, even in a small way is something I never take for granted.Before Emtec, I built tech teams at Smarter Grid Solutions doubling the workforce in the year I was there, led talent acquisition specialists at Lookers PLC, and started out in travel and aviation.
