As a WW Leader of Partner GTM at AWS, I leverage my 20 years of experience in management consulting and tech go-to-market to drive revenue growth and operational excellence through our partner channel. I currently lead the Data and AI partnership between AWS and Accenture, AWS\'s largest consulting partner. I previously led partner GTM for our Bedrock and Amazon Nova models and have been fully immersed in all things AI models since the launch of Amazon Bedrock in Oct 2023. Prior to Data & AI focused GTM, I led partner strategy for AWS\' Global Specialist Organization, covering 10 product aligned GTM teams and $XB in revenue. In that role, I drove an increase in partner contribution of X% on $XB in revenue, having built and launched the first-ever partner goals framework for our specialized products business. I implemented global mechanisms to drive partner co-selling and partner opportunity creation. Prior to joining AWS, I was a VP of Operations at Beyond Pricing, a B2B SaaS company for dynamic pricing, where I scaled the company from product-led-growth to a direct sales model, leading hiring, sales operations, and financial planning, growing revenue 3x in 18 months. I also led executive search and closed on a VP of Sales at Direct Commerce, another B2B SaaS company for source-to-pay automation. I started my career at KPMG, where I evaluated over 30 tech acquisitions and supported enterprises growing international revenue via inorganic growth. During this time, I obtained the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation. I am passionate about solving complex business problems, building high-performing teams, and pushing boundaries with data and partners.
