In October 2017 I accepted the challenge of taking over our desk investigations pilot and make it a fully functioning investigative channel. I have the privilege to lead a team of 10 highly motivated and successful desk investigators and field investigators who continue to meet and exceed goals in productivity and quality. I continue as part of the SIU leadership team at American Family where I am involved in strategy development & implementation, setting goals and measures of success, establishing best practices, utilizing Lean concepts to review business processes, procedures, issues, etc. for improvement, as well as other responsibilities that will assure our SIU is a success now and in the future.
