A transition in careers from Banking, after 15 years of serving/acting as a trusted advisor within several local/area institutions. Where I acted as a Retail Banking Specialist, Branch Manager, Treasury Management Officer, Mortgage Originator, Trust Officer, Consumer Sales and Service Specialist, and Commercial Lender. In my time within the Banking Industry I was fortunate enough to serve area businesses as their liaison and banking expert, which lead to an opportunity with RD McMillen Inc, a locally owned/WBE and operated Janitorial/Industrial Supply company serving Central Illinois, and the surrounding areas, spanning to the Greater Chicagoland area, and as far South as Marion and Carbondale. I began with the company as a Field Sales Representative, managing a book of business, performing gap analysis and determining what additional programs, products and services my existing customers could benefit from, as well as identifying a cost savings, or labor savings initiative. Growing new business, and sourcing Corporate Accounts. In October of 2023 I stepped into the role of Associate Director, where I am now assisting/leading initiatives for Corporate RFQ\'s/Programs. Managing the Sales, Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Office team, as well as acting as internal HR. Through this we\'re working on KPI\"s as a company, continued development for existing customers, and growth in existing and new market segments. Identifying additions to programs, including leading standards in sustainability and reduced SKUs for reduction in labor initiatives and cost savings for end users. Creating customized solutions for end users. As well as acting roles in the AP/AR/Payroll division.
