   I currently am the assistant to Chubb SF SVP Branch Manager (Kurt Stemmler) and assistant to our VP Marketing Manager (Paige McIntyre)-I provide comprehensive admin support by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements-I handle @chubb portal access requests for our SF agents/brokers-I plan happy hours, dinners, and events to help market ourselves with our clients-I send contingent commission statements to our brokers monthly-I handle BOR updates in our system-I manage vendor relationships and contracts, including payment-I help to plan major Chubb Events such as our local Chubb Charity Challenge Golf Tournament and our Producer Advisory Roundtable-I plan fun internal events ( such as Happy Hours, Summer Picnic & Holiday Party) for our employee welfare- I run the SF Branch monthly digital marketing campaign-I have discretion in handling confidential, proprietary, and security-related information-I create powerpoints and spreadsheets for both my bosses-I help with the monthly production meeting by calculating the numbers on a monthly basis-I manage and reconcile monthly expense reports for Branch Manager, Hr Manager, and Marketing Manager-I help track our Branch Manager department budget-I take initiative and offer assistance wherever needed.
