WHAT I DO: By leading teams that provide sound HR consultative advice, I enable clients to grow and develop their own teams capable of delivering on their strategic objectives and vision. WHY IT WORKS: I pride myself on relationships and partnerships I have cultivated in the last 20 years in the industry. Often viewed as a trusted advisor, I understand the needs of my clients and the organization. I take the time to truly understand their business and how I and my team can support them in obtaining and reaching their goals.
