In my current role as Onboarding Consultant I:\\\\n\\\\n• Provide a world-class client experience via Payroll Onboarding implementation, averaging 17.75 monthly go-lives with an overall location go-live of 213 for 2022.\\\\n\\\\n• Direct and delegate crew members on ways to best serve clients, significantly increase acumen and prepare for future promotions.\\\\n\\\\n• Share payroll, system, and tax knowledge while mentoring new and existing Consultants through complex implementations and high-stake client situations.\\\\n\\\\n• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact and provide hands-on leadership, methodology, structure, and information necessary to coordinate decision-making and development critically.\\\\n\\\\n• Conceptualize new methods to improve the business environment and train team members on how to implement lean principles.
