Lead a consulting team that works with Pega Clients and the Pega Account Team to design digital transformation software solutions that benefit the client and expedite the sale of Pega products. Responsibilities include oversight of the Business, Design and Development team leads, relationship management with Account Management and Clients, as well as leadership of the engagements which includes gaining client trust through business strategy and process understanding, influencing transformational product and business design during workshops and prototype builds, developing a working software prototype that illustrates the art of the possible, providing a case for change to demonstrate business value, and ultimately turning the entirety of the engagement into a presentable story that demonstrates the power of Pega software. Results include a projected sales increase of $100M+ and efficiency savings of $4M+ for a major insurance company and a major pharmacy benefit manager,$3M in efficiency savings for a major automotive company, and a transformational workflow management solution for a major sportswear company.
