Manage communications with peer leaders, including organizing training sessions, providing resources, and leading focus groups- Develop and revise training materials for in-person and virtual formats, facilitating select training sessions, icebreakers, energizers and community-building activities-Support and managing and implementing the Peer Fellow program - Support the implementation of New York initiatives, as decided on in collaboration with the supervisor and manage the College Allies program calendar- Lead logistical support for Peer Leader training, overseeing inventory, booking spaces, ordering food and preparing materials-Support professional development sessions for site supervisors and program partners - Collect, enter, and report program data, assisting with program reports/assessments, and collaborate with the research team on key initiatives- Maintain well-organized program materials and contribute to staff meetings by co-planning and facilitating select sessions- Provide administrative support, including documenting expenses and managing peer-to-peer communication platforms.
