About Christina Cornell
Project Manager with a wide range of experience on a number of very unique projects. My background includes land development, infrastructure, vertical construction including master planned communities and quick serve restaurants, tenant improvement projects including work on older facilities containing asbestos and lead, environmental projects, grant writing and grant management. I have considerable experience dealing with regulatory agencies including the Waterboard, CDFW, USFWS and the US Army Corps of Engineers. As a Project Manager, I have developed agency relations within the jurisdictions I have worked on the City, County, Regional, State and Federal levels, which I believe provides the greatest opportunity to deliver a quality project within budget and on schedule.
