Christina Coquia has taken leading by example to a new level. As a stay-at-home mom and former beauty blogger, Christina decided it was time to pursue her passion for people and product knowledge. Joining Sephora in October 2012 as a seasonal skin consultant, Christina fell in love with the company\'s vision in building \"the most knowledgeable and professional team of product consultants in the beauty industry.\" Hard work and dedication led Christina to a permanent position in 2013 and her growth in the company continued. Weeklong Skincare Encore the following year ignited a love for instruction and by October 2014, Christina earned the title of Education Lead within Sephora Arrowhead Towne Center. Inspired by a turn statistic she overheard at an SBES district breakout, Christina was determined to bring personalized training to her team. With the support of her store director and partnership with her Senior Artists, Christina curated a collection of trainings for her team,\"Arrowhead Academy\". Christina\'s top value is \"Leading Expertise in Beauty\", as she firmly believes in investing in the development of others and inspiring through education. Christina feels incredibly lucky to have had the privilege of working with such an elevated team of individuals at Sephora. She has made lifelong friendships and is excited to continue on her Skincare journey as the Manager of Field Sales and Education for Glow Recipe!
