ABOUT CHRISTINA C.
I am highly-experienced in the not-for-profit sector serving multiple communities and age demographics. I am an advocate with a strong ability to help others improve their lives; still respecting their privacy, autonomy, and confidentiality. I have been recognized for building relationships, community partnerships, and ability to work individually and in collaboration to produce positive outcomes. I am passionate about networking young people with their communities so they can reach their full potential as community members. As a Prevention Specialist (# 66•••10) I bring to your community a unique perspective that will create a commitment to connection. Some of my key areas of expertise include: Youth Advocacy Training & Facilitating Adolescent Mentoring & Coaching Life Long Learning & Personal Development Creation of Unique Programs for Rural Communities Development of Ongoing Programming Curriculum Design Volunteer Management Program Delivery Customization Train-the-Trainer Collaboration with Multiple Communities Instructional Design Leadership Program Management Continuing Education Unique Remote Mentoring & Prevention | Intervention Optimization of Self-Awareness in Late Adolescents Community | School Needs Analysis & Assessment I am truly humbled when I received this comment from the Director of the Fox River Consortium (an alternative):\"I feel this letter is a necessary one to write so that I can try to share the depth of impact that Christina Converset has made on my students this past school year. I had a dual role of English teacher and principal, which needless to say was almost impossible. But, we made it work, in part due to Christina and her services. They were an absolute breath of fresh air because Christina was able to engage with our students in a way we could not. Christina worked one-on-one with students, ran groups, facilitated conflict resolution groups as well as AODA and trauma-informed guidance and life-skill support. Our students looked forward to spending time with her and she even presented information on the dangers of vaping and peaceful conflict resolution to the entire student body. She was welcoming and available to hang out or talk to any student who wanted or needed anything. I would definitely say that her services were invaluable to our students and her expertise allowed my staff to teach and focus on other issues, which is very much needed with our population of at-risk, trauma-informed students.\"
