As the Senior Solutions Architect I fully rebuilt Cloudflare\'s Gainsight instance from the ground up. Working cross-functionally between Customer Success, IT, and Operations, I solutioned numerous workflows to service our post sales teams. After hiring a junior administrator, together we were responsible for the build and engineering of the instances connection to salesforce and our internal BI databases. Most importantly, I created several customer health scorecards that were highly predictive of customer churn and expansion. Other core responsibilities included- Serving as the team lead and representation of Gainsight within GTM, Enterprise Applications, and the more broader organization- Managing the vendor relationship with Gainsight. Including participating in renewal conversations, negotiations, and Gainsight beta representation- Managing the Gainsight agile process, and weekly prioritization- Creating and managing the Gainsight quarterly roadmap and workflow planning- Creating training resources for new features within Gainsight and providing support to the enablement trainers with learning the system- Working directly with IC\'s within CS to provide support.
