Day to Day: Working in a start-up to growth organisation (28 to 100+ people globally) globally as standalone HRBP, across 8 locations, managing three junior HR individuals in London, Dubai and Toronto, as well as oversee the Global Recruitment Team in London.• Collaborate with Senior Management to understand their strategic priorities and translate them into actionable HR initiatives. Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures. • Lead the performance management process, coaching managers on effective feedback and development conversations. Support change management initiatives, helping employees navigate transitions and fostering a positive work environment.• Analyse HR metrics and identify trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Stay abreast of current HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements globally.
