Learn operation process to build backlogs and create proposal with Go To Market strategies for executives and stakeholders. • Collaborate with Data Scientists to build a cost reduction mode. Implemented the model into the applications to change users’ shopping behavior to reduce parts CPU and overall shopping duration. Reduced and met target CPU reduction (Which helped Carvana to save millions of dollar in parts cost). • Collaborate with Tableau Data Analysts to build backlogs and prioritize various reportings for stakeholders and executives.• Lead and manage meetings with various 3rd party vendors to discuss intakes, risks, and strategies to Go To Market. • Partnered with UX and Dev leads to design overall architecture roadmap for a new application, providing inputs for UI design and API scopes, as well as other technical requirements.
