About Christina C-do
I work in senior leadership roles where the work is complex, regulated, and unforgiving of mistakes.I’m typically brought in when situations are messy, urgent, high profile -too many stakeholders, unclear incentives, rising cost or risk, and pressure to make decisions without complete information. My role is to slow the problem down enough to see it clearly, surface what’s being missed, and help people move forward without burning leverage, credibility, or money. My background includes more than two decades as President and CEO, with direct accountability for execution, capital, risk, and outcomes. The work spans mission-critical infrastructure and public-sector environments, including owner-operator experience in coastal and maritime settings where decisions have immediate consequences for safety, schedules, people, and capital. I’m experienced in navigating federal contracting environments, including procurement frameworks, compliance expectations, and execution under oversight.I work comfortably across functions and levels, from boards and executive leadership to managers and staff, ensuring decisions hold up in the real world. I connect legal, financial, operational, and risk perspectives so teams stop working at cross-purposes and start solving the same problem. I’m deliberate about selecting the right experts, pressure-testing their input, and structuring collaboration so expertise translates into outcomes rather than noise.Much of my work sits in the gray areas: contract strategy, cost discipline, documentation, negotiations, and difficult conversations where there isn’t a clean answer. I focus on keeping discussions productive, maintaining leverage without unnecessary over engineering solutions, and helping leaders reach decisions they can execute. I don’t accept “this is how it’s always been done” as an answer. I challenge teams to question assumptions and rethink approaches when the status quo creates unnecessary risk, inflated costs, and redundancy of efforts.Experience has shaped how I approach decisions—pay attention early, question assumptions, and adjust before issues compound.I prioritize clear thinking and practical decision-making, particularly in situations where pressure is high and margins are tight. Here, I share observations from real work: what helps organizations move forward under pressure, and what quietly gets in the way.
