As a member of the Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) Leadership Team, Christina plays a strategic role in guiding the organization\'s vision and operational direction. She is instrumental in developing comprehensive organizational strategies, leveraging her deep expertise in technical product and program management and leadership to drive transformative initiatives that impact Amazon\'s global fulfillment network.Prior to this role, Christina led the technical product management team responsible for Amazon\'s global labor planning, scheduling, and workforce experience products. In this role, she collaborated with cross-functional teams of software developers, engineers, user experience professionals, data scientists, and operational experts to create innovative solutions that serve Amazon\'s expansive employee base. Her leadership also extended to overseeing the business intelligence engineering function, ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. Her initial role at Amazon involved serving as a single-threaded program leader, developing solutions to create a more flexible and adaptive workforce.Christina is invested in developing others and worked with a handful of passionate individuals and executive leaders to launch Amazon’s Women@ Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics group with the aim of enhancing engagement and advancing Amazons female leaders across the world. She currently serves as president of that organization. Before joining Amazon, Christina distinguished herself in the financial services industry with increasingly complex and strategic leadership roles. In her final financial services position, she led a pioneering team of strategists, data scientists, and analysts. She developed comprehensive business, product, and commercialization strategies for an organization spanning 120 countries, creating innovative solutions that drove business growth and technological advancement. Prior to this role she co-led the company level technology strategy team and was the COO of a global technology team of 3K people, also leading the organizations product and program end user technology teams.As a technology and product leadership professional, Christina has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to build high-performing teams, drive strategic innovation, and create meaningful impact across complex organizational landscapes.
