ABOUT CHRISTINA BAUR
It all starts with a dream\" and \"Take the risk, or lose the chance\" have been some long-term life mottos of mine. They shape the way I live but also the way I choose a job or a career. Because of the courage of getting out of my comfort zone, I have worked in different countries, continents, and connected with a lot of professionals from different nations. Working in many different settings across the world and caring for guests of all ages and nations allowed me to develop a global mindset, a positive work ethic, multi-cultural understanding, flexible scheduling, willingness to travel as well as a good way to communicate and take care of customers. My experiences with tour management, event management, project management, and marketing allowed me to keep growing and broading my horizon in many different areas. After finishing my Bachelor\'s thesis at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA, USA in March 2020 I started to work as Artist Day-to-Day manager at MWO Management, Los Angeles, CA, USA. At the moment I also lead online and hybrid events in Munich, Germany and really enjoy the new way of event management.
