I’m a proud Terp and Baltimore native with over a decade of experience in the Talent Acquisition space. Over the last 10+ years, I\'ve built my expertise through diverse experiences in both staffing and in-house corporate recruiting.I\'ve had the opportunity to support recruiting efforts across Under Armour\'s corporate enterprise- from HR to Finance, Engineering to Data Science, and most recently, Digital Brand Strategy. For the past four years, I’ve been laser-focused on fueling UA\'s digital engine—partnering with teams across engineering, global tech, and brand strategy to build the future of performance.In 2021, my role expanded to include people management responsibilities- coaching a crew of full-cycle recruiters and sourcers who are just as passionate about people as they are about performance. Together, we’re not just filling roles—we’re building teams that move fast, think big, and never stop evolving.Beyond recruiting, I represent our mighty TA team on some of UA’s biggest talent initiatives—like re-implementing our ATS (SuccessFactors), launching our AI recruiting tool, and leading the charge on employer branding strategies that strive to share UA\'s culture, values, and teammate experiences to prospective teammates.
