   Provides contract and subcontract administration support to the Proposals, Pricing and Contracts Department supporting various Government agencies and different contract types and high value contract and subcontract awards. Regularly interact with program management, finance, and business development. Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts and Contracts. Maintain a master contract list for the company and enter new awards into the Contracts module in Costpoint. Put together and present new award kickoff presentations for internal team. Prepare contract briefs and distribute awards and modifications to team members. Upload contractual documents to SharePoint. Track contract risk and notify team when award is received to eliminate the risk amount. Gather contractual information for the proposal team. Assist in updating contractual and procurement policies and procedures. Utilize sam.gov to verify Subcontractor information. Put together and distribute Subcontractor Request for Proposal packages. Approve purchase requisitions and prepare Costpoint purchase orders and change orders. Gather small business reporting numbers and submit small business subcontracting reports in sam.gov. Submit contractor manpower reporting in sam.gov. Complete Subcontract representation and certifications along with other forms required by our Prime Contractors. Coordinate and submit subcontract closeout packages.
